  • We currently deliver within selected areas of Melbourne, Victoria.

  • Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout.

  • For wholesale or large-volume orders, delivery arrangements may be agreed separately.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.

  • Delivery times are a guide only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or courier delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside of our reasonable control.

Receiving Your Order

  • Customers must ensure delivery details are accurate.

  • Risk in goods transfers upon delivery.

  • For perishable items, we strongly recommend someone is available to receive the order.

  • Urban Fresh Farms is not responsible for spoilage if products are left unattended after delivery.

Fresh Produce Handling

  • All produce is packed to maintain quality and freshness.

  • Customers are responsible for refrigerating fresh products promptly upon receipt.

  • Storage instructions should be followed where provided.

Wholesale Deliveries

  • Wholesale customers may have agreed delivery schedules and standing order arrangements.

  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect details or access restrictions may incur additional charges.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographic evidence may be required.

  • We will assess and resolve the matter promptly.
