Refund Policy
Fresh Produce
Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce:
•Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
•Any concerns regarding quality or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
•Clear photographic evidence must be provided.
Each case is assessed individually. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund.
All consumer rights are upheld in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Health & Lifestyle Products
For non-perishable items such as protein powders, greens blends and fibre products:
•Returns are not accepted for change of mind once opened.
•Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, subject to approval.
•Products must be in original, sealed condition.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
DIY Grow Kits & Equipment
•Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
•Used or assembled systems cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item:
•Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
•We may request photos and additional information.
•A replacement, store credit, or refund will be provided where required by law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
